The Club heard from his daughter, yesterday, that Ian Whittaker passed away peacefully.
Ian was 80 and had been in a hospice for a short time. He played prop and was in the 1st team in the 70's/80’s and was a formidable opponent. Ian was a policeman and was a Chief Inspector when he retired. A well like and loved Dartfordian who will be sadly missed.

The Minster, Ilminster, followed by grub and drinks at venue to be confirmed.

All welcome and his family would love to see his rugby friends there.
