Sevenoaks arrived as Plate holders and it was easy to see why.
Although Darts had the better of the early stages,a quick turnover saw the "Acorns" scoring an excellent opening try.
With strong running and a bit of "beef" evident on both sides the tackling was ferocious and fully committed.
Darts evened up the try count with a well-worked penalty move,Evans forcing his way over in his typical aggressive style.
Further tries were exchanged with Gills using his hands to claim Darts'one.
The second half saw Sevenoaks gain a slight edge which they used to score two more tries, running out worthy winners.
6 tries,3 sin-binnings and handshakes all round is no bad way to finish a match and Darts Vets can be very proud of their efforts.
