Darts Women Secure their first win in style, 55-5

It was a gloriously sunny day for a game of Rugby between two local ladies teams.

Dartfordians were down one try within 4 minutes of the start after Dartford Valley capitalised on a loose ball. This was, however, the only score they would make. Dartfordians Ladies produced their best performance of the season; running in ten tries and kicking three conversions. Despite uncontested scrums, the Dartfordians forwards dominated every ruck to the point where Dartford Valley stopped contesting them. The Dartfordians pack were picking and driving and linking with the backs. The backs were finding space and made some great runs and moved the ball with purpose.

At half time the score was 24 -5 and by full-time Dartfordians had extended their lead by another 32 points.

The game was played in a good spirit and Dartford Valley competed to the end and were a credit to their club.
