Rugby World Cup
First item on everyone’s mind, how does this festival impact my TV viewing of the Rugby World Cup quarter finals? The Bar and kitchen will be open and the TV on in the club house from 8am for you all to enjoy the New Zealand vs. Argentina game. Kick off at 8.30am.

Festival Registration
This will start at 9.30 in the control tent and finish at 10.30. If you have any delays getting to the club to register please contact Adam 07766-365043. Please bring along the completed registration form for your age group and any payment if not already received. Entry fee £30 per team. Certificates will be handed out to each age group.

Start & Finish time
The first matches will start at 11am, this gives everyone a chance to enjoy the Rugby World Cup quarter final. We hope to be wrapped up with all the presentations completed by 3pm.

**Match Format
Rules and Regulations have been provided in a separate document. We have been fortunate with the keen interest and take up with clubs for the festival, that both U9 & U10 competition format will be 2 pools of 6 teams. This will mean each team play’s minimum 5 games, but the playing time will be reduced to 5 minutes each way. This ensures we can maintain the Cup and Plate final and remain within the regulated playing time for these age groups.

Awards
There will be a Cup and Plate final in every age group. The winners will receive a trophy and medals will be presented to each player in the winning squad.

Referees
For U7 & U8 can all clubs please supply a referee. There will be a referee briefing held at the U7 & U8 control tents at 10.45
For U9-12 Upminster will supply the referees.

Parking
Additional parking will be available in the field next to the club house car park. This will be open from 8am with car parking marshal’s on site. There is also the nearby streets but please ensure you do not park on payments as wardens are present in the area. Please be considerate to our local residents.

Programs
Programs will be on sale at a cost of £2 it would be appreciated if each car purchases a program. It will provide a complete guide for the day ahead.

Food & Drink
Food and drink will be available throughout the day, this includes the clubhouse bar, kitchen and barbeque. An Ice cream van will also be on site.

First Aid
Jonn Acc will be on site.

Other Attractions
Ultimate Images (photographer) will be onsite from 8am. This is a great opportunity for you to arrange a team photo and have a souvenir of your son/daughter captured in action.
Fenton sports will also be site.
