We are on Car Park and Kitchen Duty this week . As always we would be very grateful of help with clearing the pitches,putting out bins,directing the traffic and cooking and serving in the kitchen. No previous experience is necessary !!! We have a number of our regular helpers away this Sunday so anyone who can be there to lend a hand from 8.45 onwards will be more than welcome.

Please can we have the boys ready to train with boots on, gum shields in etc for 9.50 so that we can start sharp at 10.00 am.

New recruits are more than welcome so if you fancy giving Rugby a go come down and join in on Sunday.
