Kent County RFU Minis is recruiting Festival Managers to oversee and coordinate our much-loved county-wide minis festivals. There are five/six distinct roles, each dedicated to a specific age group from Under 6s through to Under 11s.

These managers will work closely with clubs to ensure smooth planning, communication, and delivery of fun, inclusive, and memorable rugby experiences for young players. When applying, please specify the age group you’re most passionate about supporting.

These roles are vital to nurturing the next generation of rugby talent and fostering a vibrant, community-driven rugby culture in Kent.
