Notice is hereby given that the 91st Annual General Meeting of Dartfordians RFC will be held at the War Memorial Clubhouse on Tuesday 2nd July 2019 at 8:30pm.

3) Annual Report on 2018/2019

4) Treasurer’s Report & Accounts for the period 1st June 2018 – 31st May 2019

5) Election of Officers, Vice Presidents & Life Vice Presidents

6) Dartfordians RFC Rule Changes

- Senior subscriptions from £168 per year to £180
- Junior subscriptions (family membership) from £120 per year to £150
- Social subscriptions from £60 per year to £75
- Student subscriptions (full time education 18-22 yrs) to remain at £80 per year

7) Any other business that members present agree can be raised.
