Membership Fees 2026/27

Membership fees are set by the Leadership Team and may only be changed at the Annual General Meeting.

As with many organisations, the club continues to face increasing operating costs across areas such as facilities, maintenance, utilities and running our rugby programme. The Committee has worked hard to keep membership increases to a minimum while ensuring we can continue to provide the facilities and rugby experience our members expect.

Subscriptions shall be due on the 1st September in each year and shall be at the following rates:-

a) Senior Membership
- Pay in Full: £210
- Pay by instalments: £224 (£28.00 per month*)

b) Family Membership
- Pay in Full: £180
- Pay by instalments: £196 (£24.50 per month*)

c) Student Membership
- £90 (£11.25 per month* if paying by instalments)

d) Social Membership
- £90 (£11.25 per month* if paying by instalments)

*Payment by instalments will now be collected over 8 months (September to April), rather than 12 months. This aligns payments with the playing season and helps the club manage cash flow better, reverting back to how we use to collect memberships a few seasons ago.

Memberships still need to be purchased via GMS and if you have more than one child playing don’t forget to do this all in one go. For those playing senior rugby and have children playing, take out the senior membership then add your child(ren) membership.

Any player who has not paid his subscription by the end of November will not be eligible for selection The Leadership Team may, at their discretion, accept a lower subscription from a playing member. Any member whose subscription is more than two years in arrears shall automatically be deleted from membership.
Members who do not notify the Secretary in writing, before 31st October, of their intention to resign from the club, shall be liable to a subscription for that season, subject to the discretion of the Leadership Team.
