I would like to thank Paul, Ben, Tony, Mark & Lucinda for taking on the coaching and admin roles for the Womens Rugby section at Dartfordians. It is greatly appreciated by myself and the whole club to have such a committed group taking care of this very important development and for giving all of our girls a clear pathway into senior rugby. A great challenge to look forward to when they finish Girls rugby.

Paul Brown has been involved from the start and his enthusiasm has been the catalyst for the continued growth of the section. To have Ben, Tony and Mark join the group means we have an extremely strong coaching team, this has been evident with the performances we have seen from the ladies, we can look forward to that development continuing in the future.

Behind every team is a great manager and Lucinda has stepped up to take on this role, which has been done brilliantly. Ensuring that all information is collated properly and by building up team spirit getting all players involved in the social side of the game.

I am confident that we will be the envy of many clubs thanks to all your efforts and hope this team will continue the great work for many years to come.
