Appreciate that we are coming to the end of the season, but please see below and attached a reminder about the use of social media, in particular WhatsApp. Attached is guidance from Kent and below that is the excerpt from the Dartfordians RFC Club rules....

''The Club website, www.dartfordiansrfc.co.uk, is to be the only social media site that Club members should use to display images. Any use of other social media should be for communication purposes only and should not have content added that could damage the reputation of Dartfordians RFC or bring the Club or the game of rugby union into disrepute.

Any Club member who sets up a social media site, outside of the Club website, must seek approval from the Club's Management Team before taking the site 'live'.

Failure to abide by the rules on Social Media usage will lead to disciplinary proceedings taking place against the individual or individuals.

Any content and views expressed outside of the club website are not endorsed by the DRFC Committee.''
